Summary:
The film “Gaza Vibrations” provides a glimpse into the lives of deaf children in the occupied and besieged lands of Gaza, Palestine. The children, Amani, Musa, Mustafa, Israa, and others, who were born and raised under siege and repeated Israeli attacks, provide vivid testimonies of their experiences facing repeated Israeli bombardments and the constant presence of drones in their skies.

Director’s Biography:
Rehab Nazzal is a Palestinian-Canadian artist, activist, and educator based in Montreal, Canada, and Bethlehem, Palestine. Her works address the effects of Western colonial settler violence on the Palestinian people, land, and other non-human lives. Her works have been exhibited through photographs, videos, sound, and installation works in Palestine, Canada, and internationally. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Concordia University in Montreal and a professor at Dar Al-Kalima University in Bethlehem, Palestine.
