Summary:
Khader, a 14-year-old boy, struggles with his family to obtain an identity document that proves his existence and grants him the right to education, healthcare, and mobility outside the Palestinian refugee camp of Shatila in Beirut, Lebanon. Throughout this process, many secrets of the family’s past are revealed.

Director’s Biography:
Mohammed Almughanni is a filmmaker and screenwriter born in Gaza in 1994. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Film Directing from the Lodz Film School in Poland. He has won awards at several film festivals, including the Clermont-Ferrand Film Festival in France (2024). Almughanni i sheds light on the side issues faced by innocent civilians in wars, including national identity and unregistered children.
