The Annaba Mediterranean Film Festival invites applicants to submit their projects for support of feature films in either the development or post-production stage.

Eligibility:
● The project must be a feature-length fiction film.
● It must be the first or second feature film of the director.
● The director must be from one of the Mediterranean countries.
● Only the director will be covered (accommodation, meals, local transportation) for 4 days in Annaba.

Program:
● September 26, 2025: Arrival of participants in Annaba.
● September 28, 2025: Project presentations and pitching session before the jury.
● September 30, 2025: Award ceremony during the closing night of the festival.

Awards:
● 500,000 DZD for the best project in the development stage.
● 1,500,000 DZD for the best project in the post-production stage.

1. Film synopsis.
2. Treatment or script.
3. Director’s statement.
4. Writer’s or director’s CV.
5. Director’s photo.
6. Copy of the director’s passport.

For projects in the post-production stage:
1. Film synopsis.

7. Link to a rough cut of at least 60 minutes.
8. Detailed post-production budget.
